Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read the conditions below to check if your items are eligible for a return or refund.

14-Day Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received the package.

To start a return, please contact us at info@axys.hr with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Address and phone number

  • Reason for return

You must notify us before sending items back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

⚠️ Opened packages cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

Material Defects

If you believe a product has a defect:

  • You must provide a video showing the issue and the product in use

  • If you do not wish to send a video, you may return the unused product for testing (postage at your cost)

If a defect is confirmed, we will refund you within 14 days and also cover your return postage.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected:

  • Original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from your refund

  • Reshipping is possible once the buyer pays new shipping costs
    (even if free shipping was used initially)

If the customer does not contact us within 10 days of the package returning to us, we may retain the payment.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to the same payment method used at checkout.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without packaging or visibly damaged due to misuse

  • Packages refused or ignored upon delivery without notifying us
